Publication and Narrative Specification

This specification separates discovering what is true from communicating the current understanding. Research objects remain canonical. A publication object records audience, voice, format, template, source OIDs, and regeneration state. Generated monologues are derived artifacts.

Governed lifecycle

The default publication policy allows stale detection and optional draft regeneration but prohibits automatic public publishing. See SPEC-007 — Governed Publication Lifecycle.
