This guide is the operational companion to the Foundation Book and specifications. It covers the complete supported path from installation to governed multilingual publication with Bring Your Own AI.

Core boundary¶

Canonical research lives under repository/objects/. AI outputs, registries, indexes, NUR pages, drafts, and packages are derived or staged. They do not become canonical research without governed human review.

Supported complete workflow¶

Question → Evidence → Observation → Reasoning → Current Understanding
        → Publication → AI Draft → Human Review → Signed Approval
        → Explicit Publish → NUR

All command examples assume the current directory is the repository root. Add --root /path/to/repository when working elsewhere.
