Runtime SQLite

QLens 8 keeps canonical research in repository/. SQLite is a runtime layer only.

It stores users, roles, sessions, IP allowlists, audit events, AI usage and rebuildable caches. It never replaces canonical YAML/Markdown research objects.

The database is created at .qlens/runtime.sqlite3 and may be backed up independently. Removing rebuildable cache rows never changes research truth.
